Prehistoric Museum

This project was recognized by GD USA’s 2014 American In House Design Awards.

The Prehistoric Museum was a brand integration project that I spearheaded during my time as a Utah State University Eastern intern. The museum desired a formal logo that would work well with merchandising and become a recognizable mark of identity in the community. The committee wanted its new identity to be friendly, inviting, and fun. 

The visual solution was to utilize the already existing wordmark, which could serve the formal needs of the institution, and supplement that core identity with informal design elements that could give personality to the brand and each of its unique departments.
